Fenech Soler

Fenech-Soler is an English band specializing in the electro pop genre that formed in 2006.  Its members consist of Ross and Ben Duffy, Daniel Fenech-Soler, and Andrew Lindsay. The band’s sound is a fusion of summery indie and dance melodies.

Fenech-Soler debut album, Fenech-Soler, was released in 2010 under the label So Recordings.  The single “Stop and Stare” made BBC Radio 1’s “Record of the Week.”  The track “Demons” was used during the 2010-2011 UEFA Champions League broadcasts as an anthem prior to the broadcast of the soccer games.  The band spent the summer of 2011 touring at 23 different festivals including the Glastonbury and V Festival. The group played alongside the bands White Lies, Kelis, Robyn, and Example.

The group released their second album Rituals in 2013. The singles “Last Forever” and “Magnetic” were met with critical acclaim and Fenech-Soler were invited to play at a medal ceremony at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
